OKXICE Issuer Objection List Reaches 59, Adding Apple, The Home Depot and GE Vernova

Apple, The Home Depot and GE Vernova joined the issuer objection list for OKXICE’s planned tokenized stock venue, bringing the total to 59 and blocking unaffiliated third-party tokens tied to their shares from trading there. The Nov. 3 notice lists 59 issuers that have filed objections. A Nov. 2 notice listed 56, while an Oct. 30 notice had 50. An objection bars a tokenized version of an issuer’s shares created by an unaffiliated third party from trading on the venue. The notice also allows tokens created by the issuer itself. OKXICE is a joint venture between Intercontinental Exchange and OKX.
