Odds of PAPER's FDV Topping $25 Million Fall to 52% in a Week

Prediction-market odds that PAPER’s fully diluted valuation would surpass $25 million one day after launch were about 52% on Oct. 23, down from 95% a week earlier. PaperTrade dropped an earlier plan to allow PAPER transfers, leaving the token nontransferable. That limits access to secondary-market liquidity.
