OceanFirst Declares $0.20 Quarterly Dividend Payable Nov. 20

OceanFirst Financial Corp. declared a $0.20 quarterly dividend payable Nov. 20, extending its payout streak to 119 quarters and setting a Nov. 9 record date for eligible shareholders. The board approved the payment Oct. 27 for holders of common and non-voting common equivalent shares of record at the close of business Nov. 9. The dividend matches the $0.20 quarterly payment declared in July. For the quarter ended Sept. 30, OceanFirst had $16.5 million in net income available to common stockholders, or $0.17 per diluted share. In the year-earlier quarter, it had $17.3 million, or $0.30 per diluted share.
