NVIDIA details persona-grounded fine-tuning workflow for Nemotron

NVIDIA has published a workflow for post-training its Nemotron open models so they can follow local rules, terminology and service procedures more closely, rather than relying on generic language competence alone. The company said the approach is designed to help developers adapt agents market by market, using locale-grounded synthetic personas and official procedure text to improve response quality for public-service use cases. In a blog post published on 2026-10-27, NVIDIA said it built Nemotron-Personas-France with French AI startup Pleias and Nemotron-Personas-Belgium with Pleias and KU Leuven.
