Nextdoor Forecasts Up to $80M in Q4 Revenue as User Growth Flattens

Nextdoor expects fourth-quarter revenue of $78 million to $80 million, with Platform weekly active users flat from the prior quarter as seasonal patterns temper the company’s growth outlook. The company issued its forecast Nov. 5 after reporting results for the quarter ended Sept. 30. It expects fourth-quarter adjusted EBITDA of $10 million to $11 million. Despite the anticipated pause in sequential user growth, the company projects Platform weekly active users will increase more than 15% year over year. For 2026, Nextdoor projected revenue of $293 million to $295 million, which implies about 14% growth for the year.
