NEAR Reaches 2026 High as mk4-Linked Address Posts $19.02M Net Gain

NEAR perpetual futures reached a new 2026 high of $5.959 on Hyperliquid on Oct. 12, 2026, as an address associated with trader mk4 held a large unrealized gain on its long position. The contract was trading near $5.862, up 10.66% over 24 hours. The address held about 5.7565 million NEAR in a long position valued at roughly $33.74 million, with an average entry price of $2.353 and an estimated return of about 1,491%. NEAR was the only long position in the address’s main futures account.
