NanoXplore Appoints Constantino Malatesta as CFO Effective Nov. 11

NanoXplore named Constantino Malatesta chief financial officer on Nov. 2, effective Nov. 11, as the Montreal graphene producer pursues sustained profitability, improved cash-flow conversion and a stronger balance sheet. The appointment concludes the company’s CFO search. Malatesta will lead its global finance organization, with duties spanning corporate development, strategic planning, investor relations, capital allocation, treasury, performance management and financial reporting. Outgoing CFO Pedro Azevedo will work with Malatesta and stay at NanoXplore through its annual general meeting to support the handoff. The company has not provided a meeting date.
