Moscow Exchange Details Clearing and Settlement for Bitcoin, Ether and USDT Trades

A Nov. 2 release from the Russian exchange group adds clearing, settlement and swap details to a launch date it first floated in October, and says pilot deals will come first. Moscow Exchange (MOEX) has set out how its planned crypto market will work, saying trades in bitcoin, ether and USDT will go through the group’s central clearing and can settle the same day or the next day once the venue opens on Dec. 1 . From Dec. 1, clients will be able to trade with same-day (TOD) and next-day (TOM) settlement , and use swaps to manage liquidity.
