Mistlabs is bringing its always-on Ambi assistant to iPhone, Mac, and Apple Watch, with a standalone wearable planned for later Most AI assistants sit around waiting for you to say something. Mistlabs is betting $26 million that the next generation should already be paying attention. The San Francisco company closed a Pre-A funding round announced on October 5, 2026, to expand Ambi, its ambient intelligence platform. The money will push Ambi onto iPhone, Mac, and Apple Watch, and fund a future standalone AI wearable. Luminous Ventures led the round, with Huaqin Technology joining as co-lead.
