Microsoft has tuned Windows 11 for NVIDIA RTX Spark laptops, adding platform-specific support for the Arm-based systems as they enter the market. The changes target CPU scheduling, shared memory, x86 app compatibility and local AI workloads. RTX Spark combines an Arm-based NVIDIA Grace CPU with a Blackwell GPU. Configurations offer up to 20 CPU cores, 6,144 GPU cores and 128 GB of unified memory shared by the CPU and GPU. The platform targets local AI agents, creative applications and games on Windows. Microsoft tuned workload profile scheduling so Windows can scale work across as many as 20 CPU cores.
