MEXC will begin restricting France-linked accounts Nov. 17, 2026, in a four-stage wind-down that ends with a March 2027 withdrawal cutoff and adds France to the exchange’s recent service pullbacks. The first group faces restrictions Nov. 17, 2026, at 6 p.m. ET (11 p.m. UTC). Additional groups are scheduled for Dec. 9 and Dec. 30, 2026, and Jan. 21, 2027, each at 6 p.m. ET (11 p.m. UTC). MEXC uses know-your-customer records and account information to identify France-linked users. Once a user’s scheduled restrictions begin, they cannot deposit, open a position or add to one.
