Medifast Q3 Revenue Falls 19.4% as Net Loss Widens to $17.5 Million

Medifast, Inc. posted a wider third-quarter loss as revenue fell 19.4% to $72.05 million, with fewer active earning coaches weighing on its metabolic health business. The company recorded a net loss of $17.51 million, or $1.57 per diluted share, for the quarter ended Sept. 30, 2026. A year earlier, it lost $2.26 million, or $0.21 per diluted share, on revenue of $89.41 million. Medifast’s adjusted net loss was $2.11 million, or $0.19 per diluted share. That measure excludes $15.41 million in Catalyst restructuring and related charges from the quarterly results.
