Major Update Expected in This Altcoin: Voting Date Announced!

Stellar (XLM) has shared its preparation schedule for Bell, the network's next major update. Also known as Protocol 30, the upgrade aims to improve enterprise-scale intelligent computing and provide the infrastructure for post-quantum security research. According to the official guidelines, the testnet upgrade vote will take place on November 3rd. The validator vote for the mainnet will be held on November 23rd at 8:00 PM Turkish time. It should be noted that this date is a voting schedule rather than a confirmed activation date. One of the package's notable features is support for verifying post-quantum signatures within smart contracts.
