Live Nation Raises Ticketing Outlook, Projects Nearly 180 Million Fans

Live Nation Entertainment raised its full-year Ticketing adjusted operating income growth outlook to the high single digits and forecast nearly 180 million concert fans in 2026. The company announced the higher outlook Thursday, Nov. 5, alongside its third-quarter results. The new range exceeds the mid-single-digit full-year Ticketmaster AOI growth outlook Live Nation gave in July. Separately, Live Nation had sold about 170 million tickets for shows taking place in 2026 through late October. That was up 13% and already above the full-year 2025 total.
