Kraken Previews Anthropic IPO Tokenized Product, Excludes U.S. Users

Kraken previewed a tokenized product connected to Anthropic’s initial public offering on Nov. 6, but the offering will be unavailable to U.S. users and U.S. persons under geographic restrictions. Kraken said it will not decide allocation outcomes. Users may receive a full allocation, part of one or none, and funds for unallocated portions will be returned. Bitget plans a tokenized subscription product for Anthropic’s planned IPO . Bitget’s product has separate fees of 12% for VIP subscriptions and 5% for public subscriptions, with allocations delivered as Anthropic rToken (rANT).
