JPMorgan Projects 10% Annual Bitcoin Returns, Topping Stocks and Gold

JPMorgan Asset Management forecasts 10% annual Bitcoin returns over 10-15 years, beating stocks and gold, but 55% volatility keeps it out of main portfolios. J.P. Morgan Asset Management has issued its first long-term return forecast for Bitcoin in the 31st edition of its 2027 Long-Term Capital Market Assumptions report, projecting a 10% compound annual return over the next 10 to 15 years in the base case. This places Bitcoin ahead of the firm’s estimates for U.S. large-cap equities at 7.5% , U.S. small-caps at 7.7% , U.S. REITs at 8.2% and gold at 5.5% .
