Johnson Electric Highlights Motion Systems for Warehouse Automation

Johnson Electric is expanding its warehouse-automation focus with motion systems designed to improve throughput and uptime for e-commerce, logistics and parcel-delivery operations. The Hong Kong-headquartered manufacturer is highlighting TrueDrive MDR with Dynamic Zone Control, VersaSort steerable-wheel modules and the Solligence Shoe Sorter Actuator. VersaSort supports throughput of up to 11,600 parcels per hour, conveyor speeds of up to 400 feet per minute, item weights of up to 80 pounds and divert angles of up to 90 degrees.
