Jasper Therapeutics Sets 1-for-30 Reverse Split for Nov. 6

Jasper Therapeutics, Inc. (JSPR) plans to consolidate its common shares in a 1-for-30 reverse split that takes effect Friday, Nov. 6. The transaction is expected to leave about 1.11 million common shares outstanding, compared with nearly 33.3 million before the change.
