Japan Bitcoin Industry Plans 800,043,580 Yen Raise in Bitcoin

Japan Bitcoin Industry Inc. plans to raise 800,043,580 yen through a share allotment, with フルグル合同会社 and ANAP Lightning Capital (ALC) among the subscribers. The full contribution is expected in Bitcoin (BTC), with delivery planned for Nov. 2. The amounts allotted to each subscriber were not disclosed. Japan Bitcoin Industry and ALC also signed a basic agreement to cooperate on Lightning Network routing. Under the agreement, ALC’s Bitcoin holdings would provide liquidity for channels operated by Japan Bitcoin Industry, and the companies plan to develop routing infrastructure in Japan.
