The fund is structured as a British Virgin Islands segregated portfolio. Anemoy Asset Management serves as the investment manager, with Janus Henderson Investors US acting as the sub-investment manager. This multi-layered management structure separates the strategic oversight from the specific operational execution of the fund’s holdings. Access to JQQQ is restricted to eligible investors in jurisdictions where it is lawful to offer the product. The fund is explicitly not available to US persons. Furthermore, holdings in JQQQ do not grant shareholders direct rights in the underlying Nasdaq-100 securities.
