iShares MBS ETF Sets November Distribution at $0.347111 Per Share

BlackRock’s iShares MBS ETF (MBB) will distribute $0.347111 per share in November, with the payment set for Nov. 5 and the full amount treated as income. The declaration date was Oct. 30. Nov. 2 is both the record date and the ex-dividend date. The record date determines which shareholders qualify for the payment; buyers on or after the ex-dividend date are not entitled to it. The November payout is lower than October’s $0.366185 distribution, which was paid Oct. 6. None of the new amount is designated as short-term or long-term capital gains or return of capital.
