Iradimed Sees Q4 Revenue Up to $26.5M, With 3870 Revenue Up More Than 50% Sequentially

Iradimed expects fourth-quarter 2026 revenue of $25 million to $26.5 million, with revenue from its 3870 MR IV pump projected to grow more than 50% from the previous quarter as production ramps. The company produced more than 400 3870 systems in the third quarter. Management is pacing the production ramp to avoid quality problems. Third-quarter gross margin rose to 76% from the previous quarter. Iradimed expects further gains in the fourth quarter as volume rises, moving toward its historical range of 77% to 78%. The company also said international sales can pressure margins.
