IQ Option Joins Financial Commission, but Crypto Complaints Lack Fund Coverage

IQ Option’s new Financial Commission membership gives eligible clients an external channel for trading disputes, but complaints involving digital-currency markets are excluded from its €20,000-per-client Compensation Fund. The membership took effect Sept. 30. The commission handles disputes involving forex, contracts for difference (CFDs) and cryptocurrency markets. Access to that complaint process does not mean every type of complaint qualifies for a fund payout: its rules exclude complaints involving digital-currency markets. The €20,000 figure is a ceiling for an eligible client, not automatic reimbursement.
