Intelligent Protection Management Corp. signed a definitive agreement to buy a services business operated by Advanced Technology Distributors, with the transaction capped at $2.7 million. The business spans information technology, telecommunications, connectivity and managed services. IPM’s purchase is arranged in two stages, beginning with a 49% stake.
