Iovance Revenue Climbs 80% in Q3 as Its Net Loss Narrows

Iovance Biotherapeutics posted an 80% year-over-year revenue increase for the quarter ended Sept. 30, compared with the same quarter a year earlier, as its net loss narrowed and U.S. Amtagvi sales advanced. Revenue totaled $121.469 million, up from $67.455 million in the third quarter of 2025. Net loss was $22.271 million, compared with $91.253 million a year earlier. Basic and diluted loss per share came to 5 cents, down from 25 cents. U.S. revenue from Amtagvi (lifileucel), a treatment for previously treated advanced melanoma, was about $102 million, an increase of about 77% year over year.
