Invesco High Income Trust II Holds Monthly Distribution at $0.0895

On Nov. 2, the board of Invesco High Income Trust II set its monthly distribution at $0.0895 a share, the same level as October, and named Nov. 16 as the record date. The trust also set Nov. 16 as the ex-dividend date. Payment and reinvestment are scheduled for Nov. 30. The ex-dividend date is when a buyer is no longer entitled to receive the specified distribution; the record date determines which shareholders qualify. Invesco estimates that a portion of November’s payment will be treated as a return of principal instead of net investment income. It did not specify the amount.
