Ingram Micro Holding Corporation forecast fourth-quarter fiscal 2026 net sales of $17.5 billion to $17.9 billion, while GPU and AI infrastructure sales topped $1.8 billion in Q3. Ingram Micro also projected non-GAAP diluted earnings per share (EPS) of $1.05 to $1.15. Sales tied to GPUs and AI infrastructure climbed nearly 160% year over year in Q3.
