Ingersoll Rand Keeps Quarterly Dividend at $0.02 for December

Ingersoll Rand will pay shareholders $0.02 per common share on Dec. 3, maintaining its quarterly dividend and setting Nov. 12 as the date investors must be on record to qualify. The board declared the cash distribution Oct. 22. The payout matches the per-share amount set in July for a Sept. 3 distribution to shareholders listed on the company’s books Aug. 13.
