Indonesia’s OJK Fines PT Aurora Asset Management Rp2.575 Billion

Indonesia Financial Services Authority (OJK) imposed a Rp2.575 billion fine on PT Aurora Asset Management for administrative violations and ordered several of its mutual funds liquidated within six months. Directors Ferra and Manuel Manahan Maleaki were each fined Rp610 million as part of the enforcement action. The order is separate from the earlier OJK fines , announced Oct. 16, which totaled 2.1 trillion rupiah and involved parties connected to violations involving three listed companies.
