Indodax Suspends Deposits and Withdrawals for Security Review

Indonesian crypto exchange Indodax has temporarily halted deposits and withdrawals, with William Sutanto citing more network attack attempts as the reason for a security review. Indodax said customers' assets remain safe, with no sign so far of withdrawals lacking authorization or exposed user data. The exchange is assessing its security and working to reduce risk. The pause covers both ways customers move assets through an exchange. Deposits bring assets into a user account, while withdrawals move them out, leaving both services unavailable during the review. Indodax said it would restart deposits and withdrawals once it confirms its systems are secure.
