Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), the parent company of the New York Stock Exchange, has announced plans to operate a U.S.-regulated venue for crypto and stock perpetual contracts through its collaboration with TradeXYZ and Hyperliquid . This new platform aims to offer 24/7 access and will feature robust regulatory compliance, including Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) controls, pending regulatory approval. Currently, TradeXYZ operates similar markets outside the U.S. via Hyperliquid, which has already processed significant volumes. The announcement may indicate increased institutional interest and liquidity in the cryptocurrency market, potentially impacting Bitcoin price predictions.
