Hyperliquid Whale Positions Total $8.09 Billion as Shorts Lead

Whale positions on Hyperliquid totaled $8.092 billion in an Oct. 27 snapshot, with short exposure topping long exposure by $576 million as shorts made up 53.56% of the total. Short positions totaled $4.334 billion, compared with $3.758 billion in long positions. The long-to-short ratio was 0.87. Long positions showed $98.83 million in profit, while short positions showed $50.50 million in losses. The total was $159 million below the $8.251 billion recorded in the Oct. 23 Hyperliquid whale-position snapshot . Short share also eased from 53.78% in that snapshot to 53.56% on Oct. 27.
