Crypto exchange HTX, previously known as Huobi, has committed to the High Court that it will refrain from actively marketing its crypto services to UK residents, following enforcement action from the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). The FCA announced Thursday that Huobi Global S.A., the main entity behind HTX, has given a formal undertaking as part of a settlement with the regulator, effective until October 21, 2031. The settlement, dated October 16, 2026, aligns with an earlier notice posted by HTX, which confirmed that UK accounts remain subject to restrictions.
