Host Hotels Raises 2026 Adjusted EBITDAre Guidance to $1.865 Billion

Host Hotels & Resorts, Inc. (HST) raised its 2026 adjusted EBITDAre guidance to $1.865 billion and projected 6.75% comparable revenue per available room growth for the year. For the third quarter of 2026, Host Hotels recorded $347 million in adjusted EBITDAre and adjusted funds from operations of $0.39 per share. Comparable hotel revenue per available room (RevPAR) increased 8.8% from the year-earlier quarter. Comparable total RevPAR rose 7.3% year over year. The 6.75% projection covers full-year 2026, while the 8.8% and 7.3% increases are third-quarter comparisons. John Kim reports on the digital-asset business for TokenPost.
