Honeyjar Raises $2 Million to Build AI Communications Workspace

Honeyjar has raised $2 million in pre-seed funding to develop an AI workspace for public-relations and communications teams, while opening an Early Access waitlist for prospective users. The financing was announced Dec. 4, 2025, at 3:04 p.m. ET (20:04 UTC). Heather Hartnett, CEO and general partner at Human Ventures, and Kevin Mahaffey, founder of SNR Ventures, led the round. Founded by Michelle Masek and Nadia Jamshidi, Honeyjar is building a collaborative platform that brings campaign planning, messaging, journalist research, media-list development, speaking opportunities, pitching, events and coverage tracking into one workspace.
