Heritage Financial Repurchased 341,483 Shares in the Third Quarter

Heritage Financial Corporation repurchased 341,483 shares for $10.2 million during the third quarter of 2026, as its board approved a replacement buyback authorization for approximately 2 million shares. The purchases took place from July through Sept. 30 under a program approved in April 2024 for approximately 1.7 million shares. That earlier allowance was substantially completed during the quarter. On Wednesday, Oct. 21, the board approved a replacement buyback authorization. It covers repurchases of up to 5% of outstanding common shares, or approximately 2 million shares. The program has no stated dollar limit or expiration date.
