Binance recorded nearly 15 million XRP in net outflows on November 2, while its exchange reserves fell 5.2% over 30 days. At the same time, XRP Ledger activity reached 36,300 active accounts, presenting two developments that crypto analyst Xaif Crypto considers important for understanding current XRP movements. The figures show a significant difference between the amount of XRP leaving Binance and the amount entering the exchange.
