Legal technology firm Harvey, in collaboration with LexisNexis, has launched a new Motion to Dismiss (MTD) workflow designed to drastically reduce the time required to draft these procedural legal motions. The announcement, made on October 7, 2026, highlights the integration of LexisNexis’s extensive legal research content and Shepard's® Citations Service within Harvey’s AI platform. The MTD workflow builds on a strategic alliance formed in June 2025 between Harvey and LexisNexis. According to the announcement, this collaboration aims to leverage LexisNexis's legal research capabilities to create advanced workflows for litigation support.
