Google backs TeraWulf’s $19 billion Anthropic lease with credit support

The search giant will guarantee some of Anthropic's obligations at TeraWulf's Kentucky campus, a move the former Bitcoin miner says strengthens its financing hand Google has agreed to guarantee some of Anthropic ’s obligations to TeraWulf. That puts one of the world’s largest tech companies behind a lease worth around $19 billion. For a company that built its name mining Bitcoin , it is a notable endorsement. TeraWulf now has a cosigner that lenders are unlikely to lose sleep over. On November 4, 2026, TeraWulf Inc. (NASDAQ: WULF) disclosed that it had secured credit support agreements with Google LLC.
