Google Adds Gemini’s Conversational Navigation to Apple CarPlay

Gemini's conversational navigation is now available in Google Maps on Apple CarPlay in the United States, expanding voice-based route requests to Apple's in-car interface. While navigating, drivers can tap the Gemini icon on the car's display and make a multi-step request. For example, they can ask for a place to visit, then request directions there while avoiding toll roads. Gemini can also accept voice reports about traffic disruptions.
