[Global liquidity radar] Exchanges add 3,807 BTC as Asia volume falls 57% and US rises 65%

Bitcoin balances on exchanges rose over the day and week but remained lower over the month. Trading volume declined during the Asian session, increased in the US session and was highest in Europe. The daily and weekly inflows contrasted with continued net outflows over the month. European and US session volumes both increased from the previous day as Asian activity slowed. Tracked exchanges held approximately 2,458,187 BTC as of 12:00 UTC on October 21, 2026. Net inflows totaled approximately 3,807 BTC over the day and 11,787 BTC over the week. Over the month, exchanges recorded net outflows of 31,043 BTC.
