Gladstone Commercial Corporation's board declared $0.10 monthly cash distributions on its common stock for October, November and December, totaling $0.30 per share over the fourth quarter. The October payment is scheduled for Oct. 30 for shareholders of record Oct. 23. November's distribution is payable Nov. 30 to holders of record Nov. 19, while December's is due Dec. 31 for holders of record Dec. 21.
