GENIUS Act Will Positively Impact XRP. Here’s the Proof

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency took a significant step on October 21. The OCC finalized its rules implementing the GENIUS Act, becoming the first federal regulator to complete the stablecoin framework Congress passed in July 2025. Crypto researcher SMQKE wasted no time responding. He explained how the development carries positive consequences for XRP. The documents note that Ripple’s USD-backed stablecoin, RLUSD , runs on the XRP Ledger.
