Forum Edge AI Signs $94.4 Million Fireworks Deal for 96 Servers

Forum Markets announced Monday that Forum Edge AI signed a 36-month agreement with Fireworks AI to reserve 96 enterprise servers at Edge Node’s Dallas data center, with a combined contract value of about $94.4 million. The reservation provides Nvidia B300 GPU capacity, while the contract value includes fees for related CPU management nodes over the full term. Fireworks made a substantial prepayment deposit that will be credited against fees due under the agreement. Forum Markets described the deal as Forum Edge AI’s first finalized contract.
