Flipkart Tests Food Delivery With Employees in Bengaluru

Walmart-owned Flipkart is testing a food-delivery service with employees in Bengaluru, with a company-developed partner app that would add meal orders to its commerce businesses. The Flipkart Eat-In Delivery app is branded Eat-In by Minutes and identifies Flipkart Internet Private Limited as its developer. The app is designed for food-delivery partners, and its listing was updated Sept. 24. In July, Flipkart Group CEO Kalyan Krishnamurthy outlined a limited start for the service. He said the company would gather customer feedback before deciding whether to expand. A consumer service would place Flipkart in the same market as Zomato and Swiggy.
