Flagstar Schedules Q3 2026 Results as Analysts Estimate $0.07 per Share

Flagstar Bank, National Association plans to release third-quarter 2026 results Friday, with analysts estimating $0.07 per share in the first full quarter after it sold its Figure Technology Solutions stake for $46 million. The separate analyst coverage count for 2026 is 19. Flagstar’s Q2 2026 was its third consecutive profitable quarter, with net income of $34 million. Net income attributable to common stockholders was $26 million, or $0.06 per diluted share. Adjusted net income attributable to common stockholders was $23 million, or $0.05 per diluted share, excluding a $4 million gain related to the Figure investment.
