Flagstar Bank Posts $0.01 in Q3 Non-GAAP EPS, Missing Estimates

Flagstar Bank, National Association posted third-quarter 2026 non-GAAP earnings per share of $0.01, while both the per-share figure and revenue missed analyst estimates for the quarter. The per-share result was $0.06 below the $0.07 analyst estimate cited in an earlier preview . Revenue totaled $530 million, up 2.1% from a year earlier, and missed the estimate by $14.55 million. The quarter was Flagstar’s first full quarter after the bank sold its stake in Figure Technology Solutions for $46 million. John Kim reports on the digital-asset business for TokenPost.
