Three central bank decisions and earnings calls from Microsoft, Alphabet, Amazon and Intel will put monetary policy, economic growth and AI infrastructure spending on the U.S. markets calendar this week. The Fed is set to announce its decision at 2 p.m. ET Wednesday, Oct. 28, followed by a news conference at 2:30 p.m. A 12-0 vote in September raised the benchmark rate by 25 basis points, to a range of 3.75% to 4%.
