Crypto commentator Digital Asset Investor (@digitalassetbuy) is making a straightforward case about XRP capturing a percentage of some very serious institutional liquidity. His post highlights Ripple’s involvement in the Monetary Authority of Singapore’s BLOOM initiative . The program now includes three central banks, 24 industry members, and the World Bank Group. At that scale, even a fraction of the liquidity flowing through BLOOM’s infrastructure represents enormous value for XRP. BLOOM and the Institutional Scale Behind It BLOOM stands for Borderless, Liquid, Open, Online, Multi-currency, a MAS initiative designed to extend settlement capabilities using tokenized bank liabilities and regulated stablecoins.
