Exin Therapeutics co-founder and CEO Gabriel Ocana-Santero said three AI models each directed a gene-therapy injection into a separate mouse in an epilepsy study, with seizure results still pending. His post appeared Oct. 30 at 5:47 p.m. ET (21:47 UTC). Ocana-Santero said each model received the same 19 candidate vectors and the goal of reducing seizures. Claude Sonnet 5 selected the entorhinal cortex, GPT-6.1 Sol the hippocampus and Grok 4.7 the somatosensory cortex. He said the models proposed different therapies and mechanisms.
